Before You Visit

Thanks for stopping by the website. I hope it gives you a glimpse into The Mount Church and answers some questions that you may have before you drop in on a Sunday morning or an evening small group. I understand how difficult it can be to walk in to a church building for the first time. I’m hoping that I can help make your experience a little easier by answering a few common questions.

What are the gatherings like?

The Mount Church is made up of down-to-earth people that will be truly happy that you have made the effort to be our guest. I have always been very proud of the way we make people feel welcome. I want you to be comfortable and feel at home. Our services contain inspiring modern music performed by talented people and relevant sermons that seek to explain the Bible in a way that makes sense in our lives.

What about my kids?

We have a full menu of age-appropriate classes for your children. There are offerings from birth to fifth grade that meet during the Sunday morning worship time. I believe that your children with have a lot of fun and make some new friends.

What should I wear?

I have known several people that expressed concern about what they or their children should wear. The Mount Church is not a place for you to be concerned about being dressed up enough. We are a causal church that cares much more about people than fashion. Please come as you are.

Do I need to be prepared to give some money?

We do have an opportunity to give an offering during the service, but there are no expectations for guests to give anything.
